LOCARNO
REICHSTAG ACCEPTS. [By Electric Cable —Copyright.] [Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Friday, 7 p.m.) BERLIN, November 26. The Reichstag, by 271 votes to 159, read a second time the Locarno BUI, embodying the acceptance of the Security Pact, arbitration treaties and Germany’s entry into the League of Nations, after rejecting an amendment by 242 votes to 169. The minority consisted of the German Nationals, Communists, Extreme Nationals and some members of the Economic party.
