DROWNING MYSTERY
ip er press Association.! WELLINGTON. Last Night Mystery surrounds the death by drowning of James Bray, single, aged
65 , At the inquest, evidence was given that deceased was last .observed walking along the seawall at Thorn don. No one saw him disappear. The body was subsequently found on the rocky foreshore. There was aheavy gale blowing at the time and it is possible deceased might havfc been blown into the harbour . ■ The Coroner found that Bray jus* his death by drowning, but that there was insufficient evidence to prove hovj he came into the water.
