Hector Gray's Appeal Dismissed LIFE DISQUALIFICATION UPHELD, [Per Press Association.] , WELMNGTON. Last Night. The New' Zealand Racing conferonce decided to-night the appeal of H. E. Gray, jockey, against the decision of the Canterbury District committee in disqualifying him for life from May 27. 1925, for a corrupt practice under part XXXII rule I clause (a) of the Rules of Racing. Judgment was as follows:—"We have carefully heard the appeal of H. E. Gray asid we are unanimously of opinion that he has failed to bring any evidence which would justify us in upholding his appeal. Wo therefore dismiss the appeal.”—(Signed) E. Mitchelson, Harold A. Russell, T. Eldon Coates, judtres.
