BOROUGH LOAN PROPOSALS
TO BE EXPLAINED BY MAYOR TO-NIGHT. The proposals to raise special loans for improvements to the water reticulation and extension of sewerage within" the Borough of Palmerston North will be fully explained by the Mayor (Mr. E. J. Nathan) at a meeting of ratepayers at the Municipal Hall to-night (Monday) at 8 o'clock. Besides cordially inviting ratepayers to attend, his Worship is according to candidates for the Council by-election the opportunity of addressing the meeting at the conclusion of his address. ,
