TO BE STIMULATED IN BRITAIN.

Sir Samuel Hoare, when speaking at London, said he desired to stimulate in Britain and over the whole Empire, the “air sense’ ’and so make Britons air people, as they were now proud to be sea people. The Government’s air program would make Britain three times as strong as when V. took office, and this would involve only a sixty per cent, increase U. expenditure.
