LIGHT FOR WOODVILLE.
OFFICIAL SWITCHING ON TO-MORROW. The Dannevirke Electric Power Board will switch on the “juice” in Woodville Borough and county tomorrow. The ceremony will be performed by the Mayor of Woodville (Mr H. P. Horne). At 2 o’clock there will bo a cooking demonstration in the Drill Hall, followed at 3 p.m. by a public meeting. Afternoon tea will bo served between 4 and 5.15 and at 5.30 the official switching-on will take place in the Borough Chambers.
