An official message states that Italy has agreed with Jugo.Slavla not to interfere in Albania. Signor Mussolini is seeking a neutrality declaration from other neighbouring countries. INSURGENTS REJECT ARMISTICE, RAPIDLY MARCHING ON TIRANA. (Received Tuesday,. 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, Juno 9. The “Times” Milan correspondent says having rejected the armistice proposed by the Government, the Albanian insurgents are now rapidly marching on Tirana.
