WARSAW’S DISASTROUS VISITATION HEARTRENDING SCENES [By Electric Cable —Copyright.] (Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Wednesday, 7.50 p.m.) WARSAW, April 2. There were heartrending scenes in the flooded districts. Three suburbs in Warsaw are under water. Tho magnificent palace of the Polish Kings is submerged. Only the roofs of some five-storey houses are visible. The floods are due to enormous ice floes damming the rivers. Bombers in aeroplanes failed to blow up the floes. Many robber gangs are looting the deserted houses.
