VITAL STATISTICS.
LAST MONTH’S FIGURES. The vital statistics for March, 1924, show that in Palmerston North during the month there were 51 births, 17 deaths, and 9 marriages, of which latter one was performed at the office of the Registrar. As against this, for the corresponding month of last year there were 63 births, 31 deaths and 20 marriages. Pour of the latter were solemnised at the Registrar’s Office.
