CONSPIRACY ALLEGED.
IMPORTANT CASE TO-DAY. This morning, at the Magistrate’s Court, important cases of alleged conspiracy to defraud the Cheltenham Dairy Company will be heard. Charges have been preferred against an employee of the company and five suppliers, of conspiring to defraud the company by falsifying cream samples. Sorgt. Cahill is to conduct the prosecution, and Mr A. M. Ongley represents some of the accused.
