I The Wellington City Council has decided to allow the Wellington Lawn Tennis Association to take over the whole Hi acres of ground at 'Mlrama r at a rental of £25 a, year fyr the first Ave years, £IOO a year for th-:-. next 25 years, and then to revert to the Council, with improvements. The Association intends making 75 courts, spending £20,000 over the next five years and providing the finest tennis courts in Australasia, fit for international and Dominion tournaments.
