Manchester Square, by His Excellency the Governor-General, Admiral of the Fleet, the Viscount JelHcoe of Scapa, G.C.8., 0.M., G.C.V.0., TO-MORROW (WEDNESDAY), Octo. ber 3, 1923, at 9.25 a.m. Special accommodation will be reserved at the Square for the next-of-kin of the Fallen Soldiers. TRAFFIC REGULATIONS. -Vy cease from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on the following streets: —Fergusson Street—Railway to Manchester Street: Manchester Street —Fergusson Street to Kimbolton Road, Goodbehere Street. Cars must NOT be parked on roadway round Square containing the memorial. The Public are requested to keep off footpath and plot until the relatives are seated, the Returned Soldiers, Cadeb?, Scouts and School Children are formed up, and the Guard of Honour inspected by His Excellency the Governor-General and formed tip in position.
