BAND CONTEST.
TO BE HELD NEXT FEBRUARY
A meeting of the Palmerston North Band Contest Committee was held last night, the Mayor, Mr. F. J. Nathan, presiding over a large attendance.
It was decided to hold the contest on February 11 to 16, 1924, at the Showgrounds. Special committees were set up in connection with accommodation, printing and advertising, medals, grounds, finance and special prizes.
