Fuchs (the Bavarian monarchist plotter) was sentenced to twelve years' hard labour and fined two million marks. Wunck was found guilty of assisting Fuchs and sentenced to fifteen months' imprisonment and fined thirty million marks, with deportation at the end of his term of imprisonment. Three others were acquitted.
