R. McKELYIE'S HERD). 130 cows and heifers, mostly Holstein and Holstein cross, calving factory dates. 25 picked weaner Holstein heifers 3-cow Simplex plant, with S» h.p. Lister engine, Alfa Laval SO-gal. separator, water pump, cans, etc.; quantity of blue gum rails, 2000 rimu droppers, 15 gates and sundries. Nothing but ped. Holstein bulls have . been used in this herd for the past 11 years. Lister engine 1 Baltic 45-gallon separator, skim milk pump ,typhoon, water pump, Babcock tester complete (12 bottles) , cooper, cans, etc. N.B. —There will be a slight reserve on both the plants. Both the herds have been heavily culled and cows rejected this season may be inspected on day of sale. Purchasers may graze cattle on the property free of charge until 11th June next at their own risk. A Special Sale of 250 to 300 pigs, including 3 0 breeding sows, will be advertised later.
