CONSTRUCTION TO START SOON. "The plans for reticulation have been submitted to the Public Works Department for the area of Feilding to Palmerston North and Longburn to vicinity of Ashhurst,' 'reported Mr W. A. Waters, engineer to the Mana-watu-Oroura Electric Power Board at yesterday's meeting, "and these have been passed -without comment, so that construction can start at an early date.*
