MORE RIOTING AND BLOODSHED [By Electric Cable —Copyright.] [Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Sunday, 7 p.m.) DELHI, May 11. More rioting has occurred at Amritsar, also incendiarism. Fifty -were wounded, and many arrests have been made. The municipality has asked for extra police.
