STUDENTS’ REVELS.

TUTANKHAMEN VISITS CHRISTCHURCH. [Per Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, May 11. Tutankhamen, in all his ancient panoply, came to Christchurch to-day. The Canterbury..- College students brought him, and thousands of citizens turned out to bid the Royal visitor welcome. It was the day of the students’ annual carnival procession, which was quite as successful as in previous years, despite the wet and gloomy weather. To-day the revels were the first of the fixtures in connection with the jubilee celebration of Canterbury College.
