Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd. in conjunction with Wright Stephenson and Co., Ltd., report' on their fat stock sfrlei yesterday yesterday,» ;it. Johnsonville as follows: —There was a srood yarding of sheep, cattle and vealers. The quality of the sheep was good, but the beef was only medium. In spite of the boisterous day. there was a fair attendance of butchers, and bidding was good for bullocks and vealers, which brought prices fully equal (to (last week's rates. Sheep values showed a slight decline. We quote: Bullocks, £8 12/(5, fS 17/6. £9 to £9 12/6; light heifers, £3, £3 10/to £3 15/-; vealers, £2 7/6, £2 12/-, £2 18/- to £3 4/-; wethers, 31/8 t'o 32/-; ewes (prime), 25/11 to 26/1; medium ewes 22/-; lambs, 19/- to 21/-.
