The death is announced by Press Association from Auckland of Air John Fuller, senr,, member of the wellknown theatrical firm. The late Mr Fuller was a native of England. Ho ar. rived at Auckland in 1895, and witn his family gave a series of popular con. certs, from which developed the present widespread ramifications of the firm in Australia and New Zealand. He he survived by his second wife and their son and daughter, Mr Pay Fuller > of Wellington, and Mrs Grubb, of Auckland, and also by the sons and daughters of his first wife, Sir Ben and Mr John Fuller, of and Mr Walter Fuller, or Wellington, Mcs. dames John Hamer, of Dunedin, and Boddam, of Wellington. Mr Fuller was aged 72 years.
The death is announced by the Press Association of Mr Walter Dinnie, ex. Commissioner of Police for New Zealand. Following on a brilliant career in Scotland Yard, Mr. Dinnie came ou,t to New Zealand in 1903, and hold the position of Commissioner for six years. The hate Mr Dinnie was born in Aber. dcen, and is a brother of Donald Din. aie the famous athlete. When in Scot, 'land Yard he rose rapidly to the position of Chief of the Criminal Investigation Department. In tracking down "crooks" he knew tho Continent well, and many fine achievements went to his credit. A son of Mr Dinnie is finger-print expert in the Police De. partment in Wellington, and a nephew is engineer at Mangahao. Silk ankle stockings, lisle tops and 'feet, black only, 3/11 pair net cash.
