STATES' REVENUE.
NEW RECORD ESTABLISHED. [By Electric Cable —Copyright.] [Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.! MELBOURNE, July 1. The Victorian revenue for the year Is another record. The receipts were £19,287,000, an increase of £705,000. Mr Massy Greene stated that by August or September aerial services would be plying regularly, carrying passengers, freight and mail each week over routes in Australia totalling three thousand miles. SOUTH AUSTRALIAN RETURNS. ADELAIDE, July 1. The revenue is approximately £7,770,000 for the past year, which is £619,000 more than that of the previous year. N.S.W. FINANCIAL DRIFT. (Received Monday, 2.0 a.m.) Sydney; July 2. The Nsw South Wales revenue for the year is £35,652,000. showing a debit balance of £3,578,000. As the year opened with a debit of £2,249,000, the State has drifted further to the bad to the extent of £1,329,000.
