In the Shrewsbury case it has been announced that the parties have come to an arrangement, and all allegations against Mrs Brownlee have been withdrawn. The Judge pronounced for the last will and added that the case had now been properly settled on terms benefitting the Infant Earl. MANACLED MAN SWIMS THAMES. AN AUSTRALIAN'S FEAT. ' He. jumped from Westminster Bridge with hia hands and feet tied and swam in this condition to Cleopatra's Needle, a distance of about half-a-mile.
