TROTSKY CHARGED.

Schliapnikoff, one of the leaders of the workers' opposition, has accused Trotsky of appropriating for his own uso thirty million gold roubles at the eleventh congress of communists. Trotsky and Zinovieff advocated Schliapnikoff's expulsion from the party on the grounds of attacks against the Soviet bureaucracy. Trotsky's reply to the' charge is awaited'with interest in Moscow.
