encc of local bodies requests the Hanawatu Gorge Board of Control to approach the Government or any other lending institution, and endeavour to raise the loan of £20,000 in one sum and that the local bodies concerned undertake to bear their respective portions of the loan. This was seconded by Mr. J. L. Wilson TPahia-tuah and carried.
