Mr Horn Andrews, speaking to Midlothian Unionists, said the Northern Government would fight the boundary question to a finish. Tyrone and Fermanagh must remain a part of Ulster. He could not tell the loyalist of to-day he would owe allegiance to the Northern Government and would remain a British citizen, but to-morrow they would drive him under another flag. There was no qvenue olf peace that way. He denounced the Treaty as a panic surrender to Sinn Fein. SCOTCH SINN FEINERS. SUPPORT DE VALERA. (Received Monday, 0.25 p.m.) LONDON, December 18. The governing body of the Scottish Sinn Feiners have pledged their support to De Valera. It is not expected that Dail Eireann will divide before Tuesday. It is generally assumed in Dublin that Mr Collins wiU secure the ratification of the Treaty. De Valera showed poorly in the debate, the real strength of the opposition' being Messrs Stack and Burgess. RIOTING IN JJELFAST. LONDON, December 18. The Belfast outbreaks were renewed to-night at Albert Bridge Road. The gunmen shot freely, and pedestrians fled. The tram service was stopped, and passengers by the last tram had to lie on the floor to escape 'the bullets. A girl was shot dead. The authorities ordered the curfew to be imposed, and called out the military. Rioting in Belfast continued throughout Saturday night. A man was killed and eight police were wounded, including four women, several seriously. Thfey are all Protestants except one 'woman, who was hit by a chance shot while searching for her husband. Catholic shops were looted In revenge. . The police have so far made forty arrests. The military at the Balmoral showgrounds surprised a party of Sinn Feiners raiding a rifle store. When the soldiers opened lire the raiders replied' with revolvers as they fled. Three of the raiders were wounded by shots and another was bayoneted. The others were captured.

SIR HORACE PLUNKETT’S HOUSE ROBBED. LONDON, December 18. Masked gunmen raided Sir Horace Plunkett’s house, near Dublin. They showed complete knowledge of the house. They held up the steward with rifles, and decamped with the wages of the servants. The countryside was scoured by volunteers without result. ATTACKS ON BRITISH FORCES. LONDON. December 18. The Dail Eireann Cabinet has a statement condemning the attacks on forces, and authorises a strict investigation of four attacks in which two British soldiers were killed.
