DEFENCE SCORES TWO POINTS. [By Electric Cable—Copyright] [Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Sunday, 5.5 p.m.) SAN FRANCISCO, November 18. The Arbuckle defence scored two points when in cross-examining the prosecution’s medical witnesses. One doctor admitted that the bruises found on Miss Rappe’s body might have been made after death. Another doctor, who performed the first autopsy, admitted that the rupture of an internal organ might not have been caused by violence.
