The. paddocks containing the house and containing the same, comprising in the aggregate about 7 acres. (ii.) The thirteen acre crop of oats. for a term to commence on the Ist day of December, 1921, and * to expire on the Ist day of March, 1922, and „ (b) The thirteen acre crop of oats referred to above, at the sum mentioned in the successful tender, but otherwise upon and subject to certain covenants and conditions. 2.
