The Public Trustee invites Tenders for the purchase of: —< (a) The grazing rights over all that parcel of land situate in the Provincial District of Hawke’s Bay, containing 100 acres more or less, being Lot 6 Block 1 Tahoraite Survey District, Tamaki Village, and being the •whole of the land comprised in a Lease in Perpetuity issued under Part 3 of The Land Act and recorded in Register Book Volume 62 Folio 35 Hawke’s Bay Registry, but EXCEPTING THEREFROM:— (1.) The. paddocks containing the house and containing the same, comprising in the aggregate about 7 acres. (ii.) The thirteen acre crop of oats. for a term to commence on the Ist day of December, 1921, and * to expire on the Ist day of March, 1922, and „ (b) The thirteen acre crop of oats referred to above, at the sum mentioned in the successful tender, but otherwise upon and subject to certain covenants and conditions. 2. 'PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that the Council has decided to pay the sum of Threepence per head for all rats caught in the Borough and delivered to the Caretaker of the Rubbish Tip situated in Park Road East; and residents are respectfully requested to take vigorous steps to destroy rats on their own premises. Citizens are also hereby notified that the Borough Inspectors have been instructed to proceed against all persons whose premises and yards are not kept in a clean condition. J. R.
