THE RAILWAY ACCOUNT.
REVENUE 7 AND EXPENDITURE. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON. Last Night. The railway working account, showing the revenue and expenditure for the period April 1 to October 15, is published in the "Gazette.” The revenue totalled £3.479,009, compared with £3,399,145 for the corresponding period last year, an increase of £79,864. The expenditure was £3,534,987, compared with £2,864.099.
