NO SHIPS FOR FOREIGNERS.

Cable Association.] (Received Thursday, 1.25 a.m.) LONDON, March 16, The council of the Chamber of Shipping has passed a resolution that the Ox-German ships allotted to England should not be sold directly or indirectly to Germany and sales to British owners should be subject to the stipulation that they must not be sold to foreigners for five years.
