The situation in Moscow is reported to be extremely critical owing to tho complete absence of coal, and the fact that famine is at the door. PARIS, March 14. Tho Kronstadt rebels have beaten back Trotsky’s picked troops, who made repeated attempts to recapture the island. One whole regiment of Reds has crossed the ice to join the rebels. Kronstadt has declared itself an independent Soviet republic. HELSINGFORS, March 13.
