ESSEX HOUSE SCHOOL.
SPORTS AND PRIZE-GIVING. The Essex House School annual prize-giving ceremony and sports which were held on Satxirday, was attended by a large number of the parents and friends of the pupils. The boys thoroughly enjoyed the day and the sports were the most successful held by the school. The various events were got off in good time, Rev. L. H. Fenn, the headmaster, acting as starter; Messrs Fitzherbert, Hannay, Hankins and Davis as judges, and Mr A. E. Mansford as timekeeper. After the sports afternoon tea was served to the visitors.
