DELHI A SEDITIOUS AREA. [By Electric Cable —Copyright.) [Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] SIMLA, December 10. The lawlessness at the elections caused Delhi to be proclaimed a seditious area. Leaders of the socalled volunteers, a scmi-military organisation of the Non-Co-operalors, Were arrested, and various corps were disbanded. |At Lahore, attacks on the polling stations continue, and crowds parade the streets singing seditious songs. In certain districts the mob is in control of the streets, and voting is impossible.
