TOWING THE HAVRE.
[Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Saturday, 12.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, Last Night. A wireless from the tug Champion states that she is only able to tow the Havre at the rate of four knots an hour. The Heroic has been wirelessed to assist in towing the Havre to Newcastle.
