ST. PAUL’S ANNIVERSARY.
A.s a celebration of the anniyersarv of the founding 1 of St. Paul’s Methodist Church in Palmerston North, for which anniversary services were held, in the church last Sunday, a tea meeting- and concert took place last evening- i n the Church schoolroom. Tea was provided for a large number, mostly children. Following the tea was a well attended concert, at which the reports on the year’s working were presented, and addresses given bv Revs. G. S. Cook and A. Ashcroft, tr. addition, the following items were rendered; —Two anthems by the choir; soios, Misses Hodge and Burrows. and Mr G. H. Bennett; duet, Masses Bennett and Rumble; recitation. Rev, G. S. Cook.
