£IOOO DAMAGES.
IN NAPIER DIVORCE SUIT. (Per Press Association- 1 Night. After a hearing in camera since last Thursday, the jury to-night returned a verdict of £IOOO damages against J. J. Faulkner, co-respondent in the divorce action F. A. Price v. E. V. Price, and found that respondent and co-respon-dent had committed adultery. Mr A. Gray, K.C., appeared for petitioner, and Mr C. P. Skerrett, K.C., for respondent. Mr Gray formally applied for a decree nisi. Costs will be decided later-
