DIPLOMACY DENOUNCED.
PRESIDENT WILSON IS EMPHATIC [Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Sundav, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, May 21. President Wilson, addressing a gathering at Surcsncs. paid homage to the American dead. Ho said 6000 had been buried at Suresn-s. He referred to the League of Nations as a legacy of the fallen to their sons. He fearlessly denounced tho old diplomatic bargaining, which was at the root of war, and declared that if tlm present war was not the final fight for right there must be another, which would be final.
