Cable Association.] BERLDT, May 1Erzberger lias sent a Note to Marshal Foch complaining that the Poles contemplate an attach, on Germany at Posen, and arc massing troops on the frontier. Erzberger hints that Germany may bo compelled to take counter measures, and also to refuse further facilities for the transport of Polish troops from the west. It is reported that the German Government is mobilising troops in Northern Silesia.
