WHEN THE ICE BREAKS.
BOLSHEVIKS PROVOKING HATRED. [Aus. and N.Z. Cable Association.] ARCHANGEL, April 27. Our flotilla is ready to advance, and other preparations are being hurried, but it is not expected that the ice will break for a fortnight. Meanwhile, there is a prospect of tho prompt arrival of a British relief force. The Bolsheviks are provoking deep hatred owing to their desecration of churches and the mutilation of sympathisers with the Allies. The food supplies at Archangel are ample.
