Retiring to the Vesle

GERMANS IMPEDE ALLIED ADVANCE. [Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Moudav, 10.40 p.m.) PARIS, July 28. The Germans are desperately trying to make all the roads impassable, and are blowing up tho bridges in order to impede the Allied advance. Tho French now hold the southern bank of the Ourcq river near Villers-Sur-Fore. It is expected the Germans will retire to the Vesle and the river Crise, south of Soissons, which moans they have still twenty miles to retreat.
