Entries of pigs were email; but prices jumped considerably. Poultry was in good supply and the demand was excellent. Produce of all kinds showed a good turnover. Furniture, both new and second-hand, moved off freely. Following are the sales: Weaners 14s to ISs, slips 29s to 395, sows £2 10a to £3 3s; hens 5s 3d to 9s 3d pair, cockerels 6s to 28s, ducks 7s 6d to 12s, geese to 10s 6d, turkeys to 265; mare £7 os, pony £lO 10a, dogs 13s, £4, and £6 ss. We have sold a tremendous lot or harness, saddles and stock covers lately, and buyers find that they can buy from us at low prices, the very best goods that can be procured.
