Bowling
The final of the Singles Championship was played on the Palmerston green yesterday between J. A. Nash and W. Brophy. At the 19th head Brophy was loading by three points. Nash scored 3 on the next. On the 21st head Nash lay the shot and Brophy just failed to displace the shot —Nash winning the championship by 1 point. The Pairs Championship final was played off between J. H. Stevens and J. A, Nash and G. Larking and A. J. Mahon. The former won by 30 to 10.
