Senior Scholarships.
LOCAL WINNERS. In flu* Senior National Scholarship examinations held in November, 1917, the following candidates in this district wore successful in reaching the standard qualification for scholarships (63 per cent.): —Reynold Harold Boyd (Wanganui Collegiate) 1669, Mavis Dobinson Donll (Palmerston H.S.) 1396, Morris Keith Hiskens (Palmerston. H.S.) 1647, Alfred Stephen Kilsby (Palmerston H.S.) 1442, Donald Dixon Mackenzie (Wanganui Tech.) 1804, Richard John Robert Mayne (Wanganui Collegiate) 1546, Leonard Robert Ormsby (Wanganui Tech.) 1504, Henry Lorimer Richardson (Feilding D.H.S.) l(i:;4, Catherine Wilhelmina Vantier (Palmerston H.S.) 1506, Walter Harold Ward (Wanganui Collegiate) 1687.
