[Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Saturday, 12.33 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 17. Blizzards everywhere in Europe have broken down/telegraphs and telephones and suspended traffic. Germany is almost isolated. A bitter gale swept the West front for forty-eight hours. The snow is still falling.
