The ‘ ‘ Daily Chronicle’s ’ ’ Athena correspondent states that two regiments of the Athens garrison accompanied by artillery, marched out this morning in the direction ol Thebes. The official explanation is that the move is to avoid a disturbance to public order by contact with any Entente troops. There is growing alarm amongst the citizens.- It is believed that the object is to prevent Admiral du Poumet taking over their aims and material. A Cabinet Minister declares that conciliation is hopeless. > ATHENS, Nov. 30. Bulgaria has protested to against the expulsion of Ministers of the Central Powers from Athens as an insult to the right of nations. The Greek War Minister has resigned on the grounds of health andage. General Hazzopolus replaces him.
