Floods in the Manly district did considerable damage to property. Many families had to leave their homes. Randwick racecourse is inundsled and the tracks damaged. . The blood stock sale's have been postponed till to-morrow. The. Eight Hour Bay demonstration and sports have been prat off indefinitely. Country reports state that there has been heavy los.ses of stock and several washaways and landslips on tfie southern line blocking the traffic.
