MAGISTRATE'S COURT
At Palmerston Magistrate's Court yesterday, before Mr Poynton, S.M., judgment was entered for plaintiffs in the following undefended cases, for amounts claimed: —Commissioner of Taxes v. J. Fraser, 2s 9d, costs ss; A. Burges (Mr Oakley) v. J. Taylor, £lO 9s lOd, costs £1 17s 6d. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. E. S. Pees v. N. L. Barratt, ordered to pay £2 16s forthwith in default o days' imprisonment. Order suspended if amount is paid on November Ist.
