The Chronicle's Athens correspondent says the Allies have informed Greece that in the event of an attack on Serbia or Greece the Allies will land a fully equipped force, and also render financial assistance. BULGARIA'S DESIRE. Received 11.30 p.m. • NEW YORK, Sept. 27. All Bulgarians in America have been called up to tfhe colours. Received 12.15 .m. SOFIA, Sept. 28. The Crown Prince has been appointed Commander-in-Chief and Kutintchaff War Minister. The Government organ says Bulgaria is not only compelled to prepare for any violation of her interests but to obtain in the most favourable circumstances what she cannot do without:
