The New York Herald commenting pn the celebration of Peace Sunday says:—lt is good to pray for peace but better to pray for justice, and liberty, the triumph of right and the victory of human justice. OBJECT LESSON FOR EUROPE. \ Commenting on the lauding of the Indians the New York Woild says the contingent belongs mainly to a civilisation already old when Germany was a forest, and its appearance in Europe to suppOrt a British Emperor is a precedent not likely to be forgotten by Europe.
