"Mr P. H. Hickey, secretary of the United Federation of Labour, has received advice from Mr .Tames Larkin, Irish Labour leader, that he expects to arrive in New Zealand in September next on a lecturing tour organised for propaganda purposes and for the purpose of raising funds to extend co-operative Labour activities in Dublin.
