Yesterday before Air T. W. Poynton, S.M., two lirst offenders of drunkenness who had been locked up since Saturday were convicted and discharged. Two others who did not appear were lined 5s each. Waldegrave, on January 12 last, and stealing a gold chain, a rolled gold sovereign case, and a cheque book, of the total value of £lO.
